Terms & Conditions

All prices are in pounds sterling, are inclusive of taxes and exclude postage and packaging which is extra.

No goods will be despatched before full payment is received and debited from your account. We use Paypal for purchases through our site, this is secure and we do not retain your details. If a payment is refused by your bank/card issuer then the order will not be processed.

We do expect your boxes to reach you in pristine condition, and your boxes will be carefully packaged and protected to ensure that happens. However, if for any reason your package is damaged, please contact us immediately (attaching photographic evidence and detailing the number of boxes damaged/type of damage) to info@purpleloves.com and we will be happy to help.

Refunds and Returns
We at PurpleLoves are hope you will love our boxes as much as we do, and due to the nature of our products returns, refunds and exchanges can not be permitted. However, if there has been a mistake on our part, or there are any damages we will do our best to resolve the issue right away or issue you with a full refund (excluding the original delivery cost) if an agreed acceptable solution can not be reached.

Confirmation of order
When you place an order, you will see an order confirmation screen giving you your order number. Please make a note of this number for your records. Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will automatically be sent an email with your order number confirming that your order is in the system.

Order processing
Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email confirming your order has been processed and, if necessary, informing you of any issues relating to your order, such as whether the item is out of stock or if a substitute item is being sent.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
